By using this Discord Application (“Cathy”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using Cathy immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with:

• Discord’s Terms of Service
• Discord’s Community Guidelines
• All applicable laws in your region

3. Use of Cathy

You agree not to use Cathy for:

• Harassment, abuse, or targeted harm
• Spamming, flooding, or automated misuse
• Bypassing server moderation
• Illegal or unauthorized activities
• Attempting to exploit, reverse‑engineer, or disrupt Cathy

4. Data Collection & Usage

Cathy may collect and store limited data necessary for her functionality, such as:

• Discord User IDs
• Server IDs
• Roblox User IDs (if linked)
• Command usage data
• Server configuration settings

Cathy does not collect messages, passwords, or sensitive personal information. Data is never sold or shared except when required by law.

5. Account Linking (Roblox Integration)

If you choose to link your Roblox account, you authorize Cathy to store your Roblox User ID and verify your Roblox group roles or profile information. You may unlink your account at any time by issuing a ticket in the support server.

6. Availability & Reliability

Cathy is provided “as is” with no guarantee of uptime, error‑free operation, or permanent data storage. Features may change or be removed at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The owner of Cathy is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, loss of data, moderation decisions, or actions taken by Discord or Roblox.

8. Termination

The owner of Cathy may restrict access, remove data, or disable Cathy at any time, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Cathy means you accept the updated Terms.
